Wetzel County Industrial Park Gains First Tenant

The Wetzel County Chamber of Commerce and Pro-Con, LLC., a metal fabrication company based in Oklahoma agreed to terms to lease the 12,000 sq. ft. industrial building located on Foundry Street, in New Martinsville. Pro-Con LLC, plans to occupy the facility immediately and begin operation in early 2009. Initially Pro-Con will employ five to ten employees that will be hired locally. The intention is to grow the business in New Martinsville, and employee potential could reach thirty laborers and office staff. Pro-Con is the first tenant in the Wetzel County Industrial Park and has already taken a vested interest in the surrounding Community. More details will be added as Pro-Con becomes established.
