IMS - Innovative Marketing Strategies

In October 2001, RED announced that Innovative Marketing Strategies (IMS) was opening a call center in the Warwood area of the city. The project included cooperation between the City of Wheeling, and the WV Development Office for financing and workforce training. The number of new jobs they brought to the city was 300, with above average hourly rates, commissions, and a benefits package including medical and life insurance, 401K retirement plan and paid sick and vacation days.

The company provides tele-services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide, and have several other call centers in other locations.
